The search engine optimizing experiment - this website - is paying off now.
It is tricky to get good ranking with no actual value than a private homepage. The number of visitors will always be very low. Instead I have worked hard with window titles, content, headings, alt texts (picture texts), link names and with these create "keywords" natural for my visitors.
I followed Google's "bible" but added metdata keywords since some other search engins still uses them. Webmaster tools for Google and other sarch engines are great tools to follow up what keywords people use to find me. Everyone is not showing up in the statistics..
This experiment was primary for learning to be better at work. It is hard to make 20 authors at external website to work right without an authority with own experience. Now I have it and can proceed with Regionservice’s website.
Know-It Episerver users network, Sweden

Last week I was on the first networking activity for Know-It´s Episerver users. There was about 50 people at Tylösandt. The day meet every expectations I had despite the bad weather (I had looked forward to meet the sping on the beach of Tylösand - my old playground as teen).
The program was exact that kind of inspiration I need to make a better work. And I love networking - I get my energy in meetings with other people.

I work as project leader & infomaster for Regionservice - the huge serviceprovider supplying the regions 53 000 users with Facility management service. But I also work with graphical design, photo, brand management, education and support.
My current main task is project leading for a new customer web built with Episerver - one of Sweden's most popular CMS systems. This works include all my skills like project leading, interaction design, usability, accessibility, graphical design, text & image and photo.
I have 6 infomers and 50 editors working for me. To run the competence network is something I love.
In this work also use my artistic skill. Whatever I do in CMS systems, prints, PPT or documentation - it surely looks good!
